-Read becore purchasing!-0. All products are stored in a smoke-free home with a cat. If not produced by me, the customer can find the producer on site. The client can ask what the product contains, but I may not always have the exact answers. I may not be able to explain it fully if my providers of materials aren’t upfront with me.1. The client won’t be able to request a refund once the product arrives without problems, refunds are only for faulty* or undelivered products. (miscolored, doesn't work as expected; like a sticker not sticking, breaks with careful usage, etc.)2. Non-sticker products may be resold with credit, such as a link back to the site. Try not to sell more than its original worth, I won't sell to flippers.3. If the product gets destroyed, damaged or lost in mail, evidence must be INSTANTLY documented/photographed and reported once discovered. The client should not touch the product until I say it's fine after discovery and documentation. The client is legible for compensation by refunds or a replacement, which will be discussed privately and vary per product. (Products over 50 euro are ensured, progress may take longer but you'll be updated as soon as I get updates)4. Unless the product is custom made for you, your purchase is NOT a purchase of the design, you do not have the right to copy or claim ownership of the character design/art/pattern. The art/concept is copyrighted to me.5. Offensive usage of products may lead to an indefinite suspension of all physical products. My opinions and beliefs aren’t reflective of what my customer does with my products, unless a live public response can be seen under/linked to the post.6. Client understands I hold the copyright to my patterns and art, and shouldn’t copy it. If the client is inspired by the product and isn’t sure if I’d be comfortable with their idea, they’re encouraged to contact me for my personal opinion and advice. I'll never act hostile and will offer advice on how to make it your own instead!
